Refund Policy

By purchasing an ebook you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and you acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or online reading begins. This is provided for in Article 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Law and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

For this reason, all sales of ebooks are final and non-refundable from the moment of purchase.

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The ebook file is corrupted, incomplete or unreadable and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time.
• The purchase was clearly fraudulent (e.g. your card was used without your consent — please also contact your bank).

Email info@ancoramethod.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under EU or your local law, in particular the right to a conforming product.
